• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers
• All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes
• Price changes may occur due to seasonal variations or special events

1.5 Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a booking
• Valid identification must be provided upon check-in
• Guests are responsible for any damage to property during their stay
• Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas
• Noise levels must be kept reasonable, especially between 22:00 and 07:00

1.6 Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the cost of your accommodation
• We are not responsible for personal belongings left on the premises

• Bookings of 4+ rooms require 14 days notice for full refund
• Partial cancellations may be accepted subject to availability

3.4 Force Majeure

Cancellations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, government restrictions) will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

7.1 Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

7.2 Refund Eligibility

Full Refunds Available For:

• Cancellations within free cancellation period
• Guest house cancellation of confirmed booking
• Overbooking situations where alternative accommodation cannot be provided

Partial Refunds May Apply For:

• Service failures that significantly impact your stay
• Early departure due to emergency circumstances
• Late cancellations (as per cancellation policy)

7.3 Non-Refundable Items

• Booking fees and transaction charges
• Services already consumed
• Third-party services booked through us
• Cancellations outside policy terms
